Not everyone qualifies for Steps 2 through 4. We work with men who are ready to look at themselves honestly, do the actual work, and lead their marriage differently. Men who can handle direct feedback, men who are willing to admit they're running a pattern and want to interrupt it. If that's you, you'll know after Step 2. If it's not, we'll tell you that honestly and point you toward something that's a better fit.

We'd rather say no than waste your time or ours.

This Is Not a Sales Call. Here's What Actually Happens.

Look, we get it. You've seen these funnels before, where the free thing leads straight to a pitch. We're not doing that. Here's what's actually happening.

✓ WHAT YOU GET, REGARDLESS

  • Your Marriage Health Score Not a vague description, but a clear score showing exactly where you stand in one of four categories: Crisis, Turning Point, Stable with Blind Spots, or Strong But Not Out of the Woods.
  • The truth about your situation Most guys think they know where their marriage is, and the score shows them where it actually is, without any sugarcoating.
  • In your free strategy session Your coach reviews your score and your specific answers to diagnose what's actually creating the distance, so you're not getting generic advice but a real read on your specific dynamic.
  • Your focus areas Your coach identifies the two or three things you need to work on first, the highest-leverage moves for your specific situation rather than a firehose of everything at once.
  • Your quick wins plan Specific actions you can take this week, not theory, not homework from a workbook, but concrete moves.
  • Clarity on whether it's fixable An honest assessment with no false hope. If it's too late, we'll tell you. If there's still a window, we'll tell you exactly what it takes to climb through it.
  • You walk away with value whether you become a client or not. That's not marketing. That's how we operate.

✓ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Are you willing to look at yourself? Or are you here to get validated that she's the problem? We can't help you if you're not willing to examine your own patterns, because that's where the work starts.
  • Are you ready to do the work? Or are you looking for magic words that require no effort on your part? Change requires action, and if you're not ready for that, we're genuinely not the right fit for you.
  • Can you handle direct feedback? We don't sugarcoat and we don't apologize for being honest. If you get defensive easily, this won't work, and we'll both know it pretty quickly.
  • Is your situation something we can actually help with? We work with men who want to save their marriages. If you're already checked out or in an active affair, we're not the right fit. If you need clinical treatment or therapy, we'll refer you there.
  • Are you financially qualified? Our coaching investment runs $7,000 to $18,000 over 12 to 18 months. If that's not feasible for your household right now, we'll point you to resources that make more sense for where you are.

We're not for everyone, and you might not be for us. This goes both ways.

IF YOU'RE NOT A FIT:

We'll tell you honestly, with no games and no pressure. Maybe you need therapy rather than coaching. Maybe you're not ready to look at yourself yet. Maybe your marriage is beyond what coaching can realistically fix. Whatever the reason, we'll say it straight, and you still keep everything we gave you:

Why I Built This, and Why It Actually Works

At the time of this writing I'm 55 years old, and I've been doing this work for over thirteen years. I didn't start coaching men because I had it all figured out. I started coaching men because I kept seeing the same pattern everywhere I looked.

Smart guys, successful guys, crushing it professionally, building businesses, leading teams, making things happen. Then they'd go home and have no idea how to show up. They'd treat their wives like clients, their marriages like projects, their relationships like something to optimize and execute. And they'd wonder why she was distant, why she was irritated, why she kept pulling away.

Nobody taught them how to be a man in a relationship. They got the provider script, the protector script, the performer script. But nobody taught them how to be a lover. Nobody taught them how to be a friend. Nobody taught them how to be present in a room without having an agenda for what happens next.

So they defaulted to what they knew: performance. Earning approval through achievement, keeping score, fixing problems instead of listening, being harsh when they thought they were just being honest. And their marriages slowly died. I watched it happen hundreds of times with good, well-intentioned men who were running the wrong playbook and couldn't figure out why their wives weren't responding.

That's why I built this system. Not to turn men into something they're not. Not to make them "nicer" or more like women. But to teach them the playbook that nobody else is teaching.

I'll be real with you about my own story, because I think it matters. I always thought that if I made enough money, bought a house, had a wife who loved me, had kids and a dog and a white fence, that all the internal turmoil would just go away. That it would be this Cinderella moment where I went from rags to riches and lived happily ever after. The truth is, it doesn't work that way, not for me and not for the hundreds of men I've worked with. Because the problems that follow you aren't external. They're patterns, and they go where you go.

One of the mistakes guys make when they first come into this culture is that they've read every book. They've read Atomic Habits, they've read Eat That Frog, they've read all of the self-help books that we're all familiar with as men. And they keep buying more of them because they're looking for instructions that are going to fix something. What nobody told them is that this stuff doesn't get fixed through instruction. It gets fixed through discovery.

Guys come here working on self-esteem, wanting to channel their inner David Goggins and check all the boxes and be the most successful person on paper so that society will love and accept them. But the game they're always playing is learning to accept themselves. And that's not a question of self-esteem. It's a question of self-worth. As I've always said: guys come for the abs, but they stay for the enlightenment.

I've done more than 25,000 hours of this work, one-on-one, with men from all over the world: entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, tradesmen. All high-performers, all struggling at home. I know these five patterns inside and out. I know which moves work and which ones just create more of the same. This assessment is that knowledge distilled into a tool you can use in the next five minutes.

The quiz identifies your patterns. The strategy session gives you your roadmap. The seven-day guide gives you your first moves. It works because it's built from real work with real men getting real results, not theory and not generic relationship advice repackaged into something that sounds clinical and safe.

25,000+
Hours of one-on-one coaching. That's not an exaggerated number. It's actually a conservative one.

THE PHILOSOPHY:

We work with men who are willing to look at themselves honestly, do the work, and lead their marriage differently. Men who can handle direct feedback without getting defensive. Men who value their marriage enough to interrupt the pattern they've been running. We're not trying to fix you. We're teaching you the playbook that nobody else ever taught you.

The Bro Coach®

If You're Here, You Already Know Something's Wrong.

She's been pulling away for a while now, and you can feel it even when you can't explain it. Maybe the intimacy dried up months ago, maybe you're sleeping in separate rooms, maybe you're walking on eggshells every evening trying not to set something off. And the thing that's really eating at you is that you've tried. More date nights, more help around the house, more conversations where you genuinely tried to listen, more of everything she says she needs. And somehow it's still not working.

You're bringing home the bacon, handling your business, showing up, being responsible, doing what you were supposed to do. And she's not happy. And you have no idea what you're actually doing wrong.

Here's what's actually happening: you're running what I call the failure script. It's a loop, and once you see it, you can't unsee it. Your sense of value is tied to your performance, so the playbook you were handed was provide, protect, perform. When things aren't working at home, you get pissed off at yourself because you feel like you're not measuring up, and that leads to rage. You either send that rage outward and become the toxic asshole who gets all the consequences that come with that, or you have nice guy syndrome and you just swallow it. You tell yourself this is fine, this is fine, this is fine.

If you do the second thing, you start going lethargic and burning out. You stop feeling good about yourself, your confidence drops, you start avoiding risks, you stop trying new things. And here's the part that kills guys when they finally see it: the longer you won't do something, the more you genuinely start to believe you can't. Won't becomes can't. It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, and you end up feeling stuck, not because you're broken but because nobody ever gave you a different playbook.

The 4 Lies Keeping You Stuck

Lie #1

If I just work harder and provide more, she'll be happy.

The Truth:

She doesn't need a bigger house, a nicer car, or you working seventy hours a week so she can have more stuff. She needs you, and she needs you present: not checking your phone at dinner, not thinking about the deal while you're having sex, not mentally somewhere else even when your body is in the room. You're crushing it as a provider, and that's genuinely not the problem. The problem is that you've confused providing with loving, and those aren't the same thing.

Lie #2

If I fix all her problems, she'll appreciate me.

The Truth:

When she talks, you hear problems, and your brain immediately starts solving because that's what you do and you're good at it. But she's not asking you to fix her. She's asking you to hear her. She needs you to sit with her in the mess without trying to clean it up, to validate what she's feeling without explaining why she shouldn't feel it. I say this to guys constantly, and I don't know how else to put it: you've got to be her friend first. You're a fixer, and that works incredibly well in every other area of your life, but at home it creates distance. Stop trying to solve her and start trying to hear her.

Lie #3

If I do X, she should do Y. That's fair.

The Truth:

You're keeping score, and you might not even be aware you're doing it. I did the dishes so she should want to have sex. I took her on vacation so she should stop complaining. I make the money so she should be grateful. That's not a marriage. That's a transaction. And the moment you start keeping score, you've already lost, because she can feel it. She knows when you're doing something to get something in return, and it makes her pull away even more. Stop keeping tabs, stop expecting reciprocation, and just be her man. For better or worse, remember? You said those words for a reason.

Lie #4

I should be able to figure this out on my own. Real men don't need help.

The Truth:

You wouldn't try to build a business without mentors. You wouldn't train for a competition without a coach. You wouldn't try to learn a language without someone who already speaks it. But somehow you're supposed to crack the code of a long-term marriage completely alone, with no guidance, no playbook, and nobody showing you what actually works? That's not strength. That's stubbornness, and it's costing you your marriage.

You Can't Improve What You Don't Measure.

The assessment measures all five areas and gives you one overall score showing where your marriage actually is right now, so you can stop guessing and start working on the things that actually matter in the right order.

🚨

Stable with Blind Spots

💪
Strong But Not Out of the Woods
You're doing well, but there's still real work to do.

Most guys are shocked by their score. They walk in thinking they're somewhere in the middle and find out they're in Crisis. Or they've convinced themselves it's hopeless and find out they're actually at a Turning Point where things can still change. You don't know where you actually are until you take the assessment, and that's the whole point of starting here.

Who This Assessment Is For, and Who It's Not

✓ THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

  • You're willing to look at your own patterns rather than just blaming her and getting validated in that
  • You're ready to actually do the work rather than looking for magic words that require no effort on your end
  • You can handle direct feedback, because we don't sugarcoat and we don't apologize for being honest with you
  • You're coachable and open to trying new approaches, even the ones that feel uncomfortable at first
  • You value your marriage enough to invest real time and real energy into it rather than just hoping it fixes itself
  • You're a high-performer who is tired of struggling at home after crushing it everywhere else
  • You want a system rather than just tips and tricks, because you understand that transformation takes reps, not shortcuts

✗ THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

  • You think she's the only problem and you're here to get ammunition for why you're right
  • You want her to change but you're not willing to look at yourself, because that's not how any of this works
  • You're looking for someone to validate your victimhood, because we don't do that and it wouldn't help you anyway
  • You're in an active affair or have already completely checked out, because we work with men who genuinely want to save their marriages, not exit them
  • You need therapy or clinical treatment rather than coaching, because those are different tools and we'll refer you to the right one if that's what your situation calls for

Why We Can Only Work With a Limited Number of Men:

Dennis and our team of coaches work with a specific number of men at any given time, and that's not a marketing tactic or artificial scarcity. It's just the reality of doing this work at the level we do it. Each man we work with gets weekly one-on-one sessions tailored to his specific situation, access to our private community for daily support, direct guidance between sessions when he needs it, and personalized moves based on what's actually happening in his marriage, not generic homework from a generic playbook. We can't do that well for hundreds of men at once, so we don't.

Dennis has been doing this for thirteen years and he knows what creates real shift. What creates real shift requires focus and genuine attention. If you're serious about fixing your marriage, start your assessment today. If you're not ready yet, that's fine too, but don't wait until the distance is too great to realistically close.

The Distance Gets Harder to Close Every Day.

Your marriage is either growing or dying. There is no neutral, no maintenance mode, no coasting on autopilot until things magically improve.

Here's what I've seen hundreds of times across 25,000 hours of coaching: the guy who just keeps smiling and waving, smiling and waving, smiling and waving, telling himself this is fine, this is fine, this is fine, until he's in his sixties or seventies with that please-kill-me look on his face, looking back and thinking, God damn it, I missed my opportunity to actually be alive.

I'm not saying that to scare you. I'm saying it because I've watched it happen too many times to count. Men who waited too long, men who finally showed up when she already had one foot out the door, men who sat down in that first strategy session and said, "I wish I'd found you a year ago." The pattern doesn't interrupt itself. The distance doesn't shrink on its own. And won't becomes can't if you wait long enough.

You already know something's wrong, and you already know you need to do something different. The only question is when.

The Real Cost of Doing Nothing

You're not worried about the cost of the assessment, because it's free. You might be worried about the cost of coaching if you decide to continue. Here's what you should actually be focused on: the cost of waiting.

Cost #1: Financial

The Divorce Math

The average divorce costs between $15,000 and $50,000 in legal fees alone, and that's just the lawyers. On top of that, you're looking at child support averaging around $430 a month, which adds up to roughly $93,000 over eighteen years, the splitting of assets that means losing fifty percent of everything you built together, the reality of running two separate households with all the expenses that come with that, and the career impact that comes from the distraction and disruption of a divorce grinding in the background of everything you're trying to do.

The total financial impact of divorce runs $250,000 to $500,000 or more over the course of your lifetime.

This assessment costs you five minutes. Coaching, if you qualify and decide to continue, runs $7,000 to $18,000 over twelve to eighteen months. The math isn't complicated.

Cost #2: Emotional

What You Actually Lose

If this marriage ends, you're not just losing a relationship, you're losing daily time with your kids, because every other weekend is not the same as tucking them in every night and you will miss real pieces of their childhood. You're losing the family unit you built together, which means holidays split down the middle and milestones divided and school events where you sit on opposite sides of the room. You're losing the shared history, the inside jokes, the person who knows your story and can read your mood without you saying a word. And you're carrying the weight of the question, "What if I had done something sooner?" That regret doesn't have a price tag, but it costs everything.

Cost #3: Time

The Distance Compounds

How long have you been struggling with this? Six months, a year, longer? Every week you wait is another week of walking on eggshells, feeling like a failure at home despite succeeding everywhere else, and drifting further in a direction that gets harder and harder to reverse. The distance doesn't stay constant. It compounds, so that what was fixable in days after a week becomes something that takes months after a year, and what's fixable in months after a year might not be fixable at all after five. At some point she stops being distant and starts being done, and you don't know where that line is or how close you already are to it.

Take the assessment. See your pattern. Take your first step before the distance becomes too great to close.

What Happened for Men Just Like You

Don't take our word for it. Here's what happened when these men identified their pattern, interrupted it, and started showing up differently.

MICHAEL R. | 41 | Private Equity Executive

Pattern: Performance Love

90 days
BEFORE:

We were sleeping in separate rooms for six months. I thought I was doing everything right, crushing it at work, providing, showing up, being responsible. But she was ice cold. No intimacy, barely speaking. I had no idea what I was actually doing wrong.

THE SHIFT:

Dennis helped me see that I was earning approval instead of actually loving her. Every move I made was about proving I was a good husband, and she could feel it. The moment I stopped performing and just started being present with no agenda and no scorecard, everything changed.

AFTER:

We're back in the same bedroom. Intimacy came back. She looks at me differently now. We're not just okay, we're better than we've been in years. I wish I'd found this two years ago.

JAMES K. | 38 | Software Engineering Manager

Pattern: Fix-It Mode

6 weeks
BEFORE:

Every conversation turned into a problem-solving session. She'd tell me something and I'd immediately start fixing it, and she'd get more frustrated and I'd get more confused. We were talking past each other constantly.

THE SHIFT:

The first thing Dennis said was, "Stop trying to solve her." That hit me hard. I'm an engineer. Solving is literally what I do for a living. But she wasn't a bug to debug. She just wanted me to actually hear her.

AFTER:

Learning to listen, actually listen instead of waiting for my turn to respond, changed everything. She started opening up more, the fights stopped, and she tells me now, "You finally get it." Yeah. I do.

DAVID M. | 45 | Business Owner

Pattern: The Scorekeeper

4 months
BEFORE:

I was keeping score without realizing it. I did the dishes, she should want to have sex with me. I worked sixty hours, she should be grateful. I took her on vacation, she should stop complaining. Everything was transactional, and she was pulling away more every single week.

THE SHIFT:

Dennis asked me, "What did you say in your vows? For better or worse?" That wrecked me. I was treating my marriage like a business deal. The moment I stopped keeping tabs and just started being her man with no expectations and no reciprocation required, the whole dynamic flipped.

AFTER:

She softened. The resentment disappeared. We're actually laughing again. Intimacy came back naturally. I didn't have to earn it. I just had to stop treating it like a transaction.

ROBERT T. | 52 | Attorney

Pattern: The Emotional Ghost

3 months
BEFORE:

I was physically present but completely checked out. Sitting at dinner scrolling my phone, watching TV next to her but not really there. She said it felt like living with a ghost. She was right.

THE SHIFT:

Coaching forced me to actually be present. Put the phone down. Look at her when she's talking. Be in the room instead of in my head. It sounds simple. It turns out it's the hardest thing I've ever done, and also the most important.

AFTER:

She says I'm back. She didn't realize how much she missed me until I showed up again. We're connecting in ways we haven't in a decade. I didn't know what I was missing until I stopped being absent.

They identified their pattern. You can too.

DISCOVER YOUR PATTERN NOW

A Few More Questions, Answered Straight.

Not yet. This assessment is for you first, because I work with men individually. You can only control you, and you can't change her. What you can change is how you show up, and when you change your pattern, the entire dynamic shifts because she's responding to something different. Your wife doesn't need to know you're taking this assessment, and she doesn't need to be involved in the coaching, though we can bring her in later if that makes sense. This is about you becoming the man who can lead your marriage with calm, confident strength, and that starts with you, alone, looking honestly at your own patterns.

We'll tell you honestly in the strategy session, because your coach will assess where you actually are rather than telling you what you want to hear. Sometimes it is too late, and the damage is irreparable and she's completely checked out, and in those cases we won't waste your time or money trying to save something that genuinely can't be saved. We'll tell you the truth and help you figure out what comes next.

But here's what 25,000 hours of this work has taught me: most times it's not too late. Most times the man thinks she's done when she's actually just waiting for him to finally get it, waiting for him to stop running the same pattern and show her something genuinely different. You won't know which situation you're in until you take the assessment and talk to a coach, and if you don't start now, you'll never know whether you could have saved it.

Three key differences. First, we work with men individually rather than requiring both partners to be present. We coach you on how to lead differently, and your wife doesn't need to be involved unless and until it makes sense. Second, we focus on patterns and systems rather than feelings and past wounds. Therapy explores why you feel the way you feel, while we identify the specific behavioral pattern you're running and give you new moves to interrupt it: less talking about it, more doing what actually works. Third, we speak the language of masculine leadership. We understand how high-performing men think and operate, and we're not trying to make you more like a woman. We're helping you be a better man, one who can lead at home with the same strength and calm confidence you bring to everything else. Therapy has real value, but if you're the one running a destructive pattern, you need coaching on how to interrupt it. That's what we do.

Then tell her the truth: "I realized I've been running a pattern that's creating distance between us. I'm working with a coach to interrupt it and learn how to show up better. I'm doing this for us." Most wives respond well to that, because it shows you're taking responsibility and looking at yourself rather than waiting for her to change. Most of the time she's actually relieved, because it means you finally see what's been happening and you're willing to do something about it.

That's exactly what the assessment is for. Most guys don't know their pattern. They just know something's wrong and they can't put their finger on what. You might be running one pattern or you might be running three simultaneously. The quiz will identify it, so don't overthink this part. Just answer honestly and the pattern will reveal itself.

Maybe, and the honest answer depends on whether she's still engaged at all. If you're separated but still talking, still co-parenting, still have some real contact, there's a chance. If she's completely disengaged, won't respond, has already retained a lawyer, and is clearly done, it's probably too late for coaching to help. Your coach will assess this honestly in the strategy session rather than stringing you along. We've worked with men in separation who completely turned it around, and we've worked with men where the honest answer was that it's too late and the better focus is on how to move forward with integrity. Take the assessment, get on a call, and we'll figure out together whether there's still a real path here.

Every day you wait is another day she pulls a little further away, another day the pattern runs a little deeper, another day closer to the point where she's not just distant but done. You already know something needs to change. The only question left is when you're going to do something about it.
